Residential User

Diagnostic Fee Includes Pick up & Drop Off $90.00 per pc or mac
Onsite Hourly Rate Non-Contract $65.00
On-site Emergency: 60 min response: $95.00/hr
Remote Support: $55.00/hr
Emergency Remote Support: 60 min response: $75.00/hr
After Hours Support 8:00pm-9:00am, $75.00/hr
Per Incident Tech Support $ 29.95
Diagnostics for Smart Phones is always free (drop off or mail in)
Quarterly Maintenance Plans $ 49.95
Free Phone Computer Tech Support is Performed Monthly

Exchange Server Administration: $105.00/hr

Network Cabling $105.00/Run + Cables

Free Phone Computer Tech Support is Performed Monthly
